EllenabadCoordinates: 29°27′N 74°39′E / 29.45, 74.65 Ellenabad is a city and a municipal committee in the Sirsa district of the state of Haryana, India. It lies to the north of the Ghaghara River. The city was founded by Robert Hutch, the Commissioner of Hissar, whose wife gave birth in the area.
